On Wednesday, August 10, in the capital  Aden, the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council held its periodic meeting headed by Mr. Fadl Muhammad al-Jaadi, member of the Presidency of the Transitional Council, and deputy Secretary-General of the General Secretariat.

In its meeting, the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council reviewed the most important  updates of the situations in the south arena, foremost were the events in Shabwa Governorate, Which witnessed a military rebellion by forces loyal to the  Brotherhood with the aim of sabotaging the destabilize security and stability, and intimidating safe citizens, to achieve the coup's goals against the decisions of the Presidential Leadership Council and the local authority in Shabwa governorate.

The meeting reviewed the weekly activity report of the General Secretariat's departments, which included the most prominent activities carried out by them in various aspects. The meeting also dealt with the job discipline report for the month of July 2022.

The meeting discussed the performance report of the Thought and Guidance Department for the second chapter, and the performance report of the Economic Department, reviewing and approving the previous meeting minutes .
