The Supreme Economic Committee of the Transitional Council holds an extraordinary meeting Chaired by Matash

On Wednesday, the Supreme Economic Committee of the Southern Transitional Council held an extraordinary meeting in the capital, Aden, Chaired by Dr. Muhammad Ali Matash, Chairman of the Committee.
 The meeting dealt with a number of files related to the economic situation, the most important of which are the economic and social impacts of the displaced in the capital, Aden, and the southern governorates. The meeting also discussed a number of projects related to infrastructure, including the electricity and communications sectors and the free zone.
 While the committee listened to a number of proposed projects in these areas, the meeting reaffirmed the importance of making the necessary efforts to make these projects a success and to overcome the difficulties and obstacles facing local and foreign investors and companies wishing to invest, and stressing the need to follow up on the implementation of these projects because of their importance in improving the  standard of living for citizens.
