The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Cooperative and Agricultural Credit Bank "CAC Bank", Mr. Hashid Al-Hamdani, met with the First Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Russian Agricultural Bank, Ms. Irina Zatchkin, and discussed with her opportunities for joint work between the two government banks to enhance sustainable development efforts in Yemen. 


 During the meeting that brought them together on the sidelines of his participation in the World Fisheries Forum and Seafood Exhibition 2024 in Russia, Al-Hamdani praised the capabilities and ambitious development plans of the Russian Agricultural Bank and the importance of joint cooperation between the two sides in the framework of supporting the Yemeni government’s approach to enhancing agricultural and fishery development efforts in order to achieve the greatest possible sustainable projects in this vital and promising sector in Yemen.

 Expressing his hope for the continuation of understandings and the crystallization of joint development ideas with the Russian Bank, leading to the implementation of desired development projects in Yemen.

 At the conclusion of the meeting, the two sides agreed to begin exchanging common ideas and setting a work agenda for priority tasks that would serve and revitalize this promising sector
