The Training Authority in the Southern Transitional Council Launches a Training Course to Develop Political Skills in Dealing with Current Changes

The Training and Rehabilitation Authority of the Southern Transitional Council launched a training course on Monday in the capital, Aden, aimed at developing political skills to handle current changes. The course saw the participation of 20 male and female trainees from the Council's various political bodies.

At the opening of the course, Dr. Abdullah Al-Hou, Head of the Political and Media Training and Rehabilitation Sector in the Authority, emphasized the importance of building qualified political cadres capable of facing challenges and leading the upcoming phase. He explained that these training programs help in understanding issues, analyzing events, and building public opinion based on facts and evidence to achieve positive change.

For his part, Dr. Khaled Bamadhaf, Deputy Head of the Political Authority, stressed the need for a quick response to international and regional political changes, calling for the development of skills in negotiation, dialogue, building strategic relationships, and dealing with various active parties on the political scene.

The course, led by trainer Dr. Ahmed Mohamed, will run for five days and aims to enable participants to understand the modern trends of the political process in the south, understand the political map and the power of international forces, study the external and internal obstacles facing the southern cause, and equip them with political analysis skills, future predictions, decision-making, and the art of negotiation.

On its first day, the course covered several key topics, including general concepts of the global political map, understanding the path of the southern cause, political and strategic analysis of the political process in the south, the historical transformations and turning points of the southern cause, and the contemporary reality of the cause with key achievements and victories attained along the way.
