After the bloody events that took place in Shabwa Governorate, the fourth southern governorate, which almost swept Shabwa Governorate in a new war, The Presidential Leadership Council, headed by the President of the Presidential Leadership Council, Dr. Rashad Muhammad Al-Alimi, held an extraordinary meeting to find out the unfortunate events in Ataq, the capital of Shabwa Governorate.

After listening to the reports of the competent authorities, which proved the involvement of large military leaders, led by the commander of Ataq axis and the commander of the Special Forces, the Presidential Council decided the following:

Article (1) Dismissal of:

Commander of the Ataq Axis and Commander of the 30th Brigade, Brigadier General  Uzair Nasser Al-Ateqi

General Manager of Shabwa Governorate Police, Brigadier General Awad Masoud Al-Dahboul

Commander of the Special Security Forces Branch, Brigadier General Abd Rabbo Muhammad Lakab

Commander of the second Brigade of Shabwa defense forces Colonel Wajdi Baoum Al-Khulaifi

Article (2) This decision shall be implemented as soon as it is announced.
