The General Secretariat reviews developments in political scene and discusses performance report of Youth and Students Department

The General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council held, on Monday, its periodic meeting, headed by Mr. Fadl Mohammad Al-Jaadi, Deputy Secretary-General.
The meeting reviewed the political scene report submitted by the Political Department, which dealt with the most important political developments on the southern arena during the past two weeks, and the most prominent regional and international events related to the south and its cause.
The meeting stressed the need to prepare for the upcoming challenges, and to work and prepare to reach to the required readiness in dealing with crises and conspiracies being hatched against the south, its people and just cause.
The meeting also discussed a report on the work performance of the Youth and Students Department during the first half of the year 2021, which included the most prominent activities and accomplishments of the department and its most important achievements within its various sectors during the mentioned period.
The meeting touched on a number of security and service issues and developments on the southern arena, foremost of which is the beginning of the new school year, in addition to the living of citizens in the various governorates of the South.
The meeting reviewed the most prominent organizational issues related to the operations of the General Secretariat departments and local bodies in the governorates, the workflow, and the job discipline in them.
The meeting also listened to the weekly activity report of the departments of the General Secretariat, and reviewed and approved the minutes of its previous meeting.
