On Saturday, President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Transitional Council, Supreme Commander of the Southern Armed Forces, chaired an expanded meeting of the southern military leaders.

 At the beginning of the meeting, the President welcomed the leaders of the axes, brigades, and military units, praising the efforts of all members of the southern armed forces, and their steadfastness on various fronts and military sites to defend the south and secure its borders.

He reaffirmed that the military forces are the most important achievements of the people of the South during their struggle to restore their state, and they are the safety valve for the cause of the South, and the spearhead against all that threatens its people, and the martyrs sacrifices.

The President also stressed the need to raise vigilance, operational coordination, integration and interdependence of work, among all military units, to ensure that the forces remain in a state of complete readiness to deter any aggression that may target the lands of the south, in light of the recent Houthi escalation on a number of fronts.

 As well as the president stressed the importance of controlling manpower in all military units, strengthening military control and  qualifying and training commanders and individuals, activating monitoring and inspection departments to correct any imbalances that occurred during the last stage, and working in accordance with laws and orders.

 At the end of his speech, the President reassured the members of the southern military forces of the  disbursement of the salary in time during the coming period after completing the technical arrangements related to organizing the human cadre strength of the units, indicating that resolving this file was at the top of the priorities of the leadership of the Transitional Council during the last period.

 After that, President Al-Zubaidi listened to a number of inquiries and observations made by the commanders of the military axes and brigades, providing the necessary clarifications regarding them.
