Today, Wednesday, Mr. Ali Al-Kathiri, Acting President of the Transitional Council and Chairman of the National Assembly, was briefed on the progress of the work of the Executive Body of the Local Leadership of the Transitional Council in Abyan Governorate, and the overall conditions and developments in the governorate.

This came during his meeting on Wednesday, with Mr. Hassan Manser Ghaithan Al-Kazmi, Chairman of the Executive Body of the Local Leadership of the Transitional Council in Abyan Governorate.

He listened to a number of important issues raised to address the administrative and security imbalances in Abyan Governorate, and ways to overcome the challenges and difficulties facing the Authority, to raise the level of performance to keep pace with the aspirations of the people of the governorate.

 The President of the National Assembly praised the active role played by the leadership of the Executive Body of the Council in the governorate.

Emphasizing the necessity of joint coordination between the local authorities in the districts, the Security Belt, and the axis leadership, working in the spirit of one team, giving priority to the interest of the governorate, and addressing all outstanding issues in order to improve the service situation that it suffers from in various fields.

 The meeting was attended by Mr. Nasr Harhara, Rapporteur of the National Assembly, and Khaled Al-Abd and Ali Al-Fayyadi, members of the National Assembly in Abyan Governorate.
