President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zoubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), issued on Thursday decree No. (45) of 2023, the first article of which stipulated that the 299 persons in the mentioned lists be included in the membership of the Council of Advisors of the STC.

The second article (2) of this decree is stipulated to be enforced from the date of its issuance and to be published in the official gazette of the STC.
