Today, Thursday, the Cooperative and Agricultural Credit Bank "CAC Bank" concluded a Research and Development Management course for 40 male and female employees from various departments and branches of the bank in the capital Aden and the liberated governorates. The course covered many scientific and applied characteristics and concepts in the field of research and development and the innovation process.



The course was held at the premises of the Arab Academy for Administrative, Financial and Banking Sciences through the Administrative, Financial and Banking Training Institute affiliated with the Academy. It was implemented by the trained expert Dr. Murad Mohammed Al-Nashmi, during the period from May 27 to 30, 2024, and lasted for 4 days at a rate of 20 training hours.



In his closing remarks for the course, the Director of the Planning, Research and Development Department at "CAC Bank", Brother Abdo Mohsen Abdulrab, thanked the officials of the Arab Academy for Administrative, Financial and Banking Sciences, describing them as partners of success. He said: "First, I would like to thank the Arab Academy in general for organizing this course, as our partnership with them continues, as they are our partners of success in the bank. I also extend special thanks to Dr. Murad Al-Nashmi for the scientific material presented during the course, which we have observed either through the questionnaires or the interaction of the employees during the course."




He praised the results achieved during this course, saying: "The participants in this course have proven their activity and interaction, which was evident through the work papers they presented, and through demonstrating their keenness and loyalty to the bank. What we hope now is that after the end of this course, the results will appear in the field of work, as the selection of the participants was based on special criteria, as they are candidates to become development leaders within the bank."



At the end of the course, certificates of participation in the course were distributed to the participating employees, in the presence of the Director of the Planning, Research and Development Department, Abdo Mohsen Abdulrab, the Director of the Human Resources Department, Mansar Jamei, the Director of the Quality Department, Awsan Abdulqader, and the attendance from the Academy was Dr. Murad Al-Nashmi and Dr. Ahmed Maqbool.
