President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (LPC), sent a cable of congratulations to H.E. President Ismail Omar Guelleh, President of the Republic of Djibouti, on the occasion of the anniversary of his country's independence day.

In the congratulatory cable, President Al-Zubaidi expressed his best congratulations to President Guelleh, wishing him constant good health and happiness and the brotherly people of the Republic of Djibouti further growth, progress, and prosperity.
