The PC examined a monitoring and follow-up report submitted by the Monitoring and Follow-up Section, which covered the latest developments in domestic and foreign affairs.
The PC listens to a military and security briefing presented by Brigadier General Fadl Maabad, Head of the Moral Guidance Department of the Southern Armed Forces, providing an overview of the general military situation across the various battlefronts against the Houthi terrorist militia.

The Commission discussed the recent political developments, the efforts of the UN special envoy regarding the roadmap, and the ongoing negotiations in Muscat. The body reiterated its firm rejection of piecemeal approaches to the political process.
The Body emphasized its refusal to participate in any negotiations unless the cause of the People of the South remains the central focus of the political process and fully meets their aspirations, reiterating their stance that any dialogue or negotiation must develop a special framework to address the cause of the South and reaffirming that no viable solutions or peace can be achieved without the full inclusion of the cause of the South throughout all stages of dialogue and negotiation.
At the end of its meeting, the PC reviewed a range of topics on its agenda, approved the previous minutes, and submitted its proposals and recommendations.
