Conclusion of Evaluating Job Performance Course for Branch Managers and Departments at CAC Bank

The Cooperative and Agricultural Credit Bank (CAC Bank) concluded a course evaluating the job performance for branch managers and departments, which was held under the patronage of the Acting Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO, Mr. Hashid Al-Hamdani.

The course, organized by the Human Resources and Performance Development Department, was entitled “The Leadership Journey from Creativity to Excellence” and was held during the period from 9 to 11 of this month of July, and was trained by Counselor Abdullah Al-Dharafi, Counselor to the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Systems Management.

At the conclusion of the course, Counselor Abdullah Al-Dharafi praised the importance of the training program in administrative work 
He explained that performance evaluation is the process through which  managers are able to know the outputs and processes resulting from employees performing their duties and the extent of their contribution to achieving the organization’s goals.

He said: Performance evaluation is one of the administrative tools that is used to achieve the bank’s objectives by measuring the level of the employee’s achievement of the objectives.

He pointed out how the evaluation process is carried out as a formal discussion between the direct supervisor and his subordinates that takes place at a specific time (annual, semi-annual, periodic or monthly) to determine and quantitatively and qualitatively estimate the employee’s practical efforts and job behavior during a specific period.
