The STC Support Center Discusses Deteriorating Education in the South

The Research and Decision Support Center (RDSC) of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) held its fifth regular meeting for the month of July today, Monday, in the capital, Aden, headed by Dr. Mohammed Jaafar, deputy head of the RDSC.


The meeting issued a grave warning about the deteriorating quality of education and its outcomes in the South, particularly in the capital, Aden, and the negative impact that this decline is having on society, urging the government to urgently intervene to prevent the complete collapse of the education system.


The RDSC also called for increased support for education and the eradication of corruption within this vital sector, stressing the importance of ongoing monitoring and evaluation to ensure the improvement of education standards.


At the end of the meeting, the RDSC reached a number of recommendations that will be submitted to the Presidium of the STC.
