President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), sent a cable of congratulations to Her Excellency Viola Amherd, President of the Swiss Confederation, on the occasion of her country's National Day.
