The Cooperative and Agricultural Credit Bank (CAC Bank) launched, yesterday Sunday, at the headquarters building in Al-Mu'alla, the training course on electronic performance evaluation for the logistics support team, comprising the Human Resources and Performance Evaluation Department, and the Strategic Planning, Research and Development Department of the bank.
The three-day course, to be held from August 4 to 6, comes within the directives of the leadership represented by the CEO, Mr. Hashad Al-Hamdani, who pays great attention to developing the capabilities and expanding the knowledge of the employees.
The CEO's Advisor for Systems Affairs and the course trainer, Mr. Abdallah Al-Zaraafi, explained that this practical course holds special importance for the logistics support team, as it enables them to prepare the evaluation files resulting from the report letter transferred by the employees and the direct supervisors regarding the dates of holding the evaluation sessions for each department and each branch. It also includes competency evaluation models based on objectives according to the job performance charter to prepare an evaluation file for each employee according to the administrative level.
