The Cooperative and Agricultural Credit Bank (CAC Bank) concluded the training course for the Logistical Support team on the Electronic Performance Evaluation system yesterday, Monday, at the General Administration building in Al-Mu'alla.
The training course was attended by the Human Resources and Performance Evaluation departments, as well as the Strategic Planning, Research and Development department at the bank. It was conducted by the Executive Advisor to the systems, Mr. Abdullah Al-Dherafi, and lasted for three consecutive days from August 4th to 6th.
During the training, the participants learned various concepts on how to collect information to prepare the electronic evaluation using modern methods and tools.
This course comes within the framework of the directives of the leadership, represented by the CEO, Mr. Hashid Al-Hamdani, who pays great attention to developing the capabilities and knowledge of the employees.
The Executive Advisor for Systems Affairs and the course instructor, Mr. Abdullah Al-Dherafi, explained that this practical course is of special importance to the Logistical Support team, as it enables them to prepare evaluation files based on the performance reports submitted by employees and their direct supervisors. It also includes competency evaluation models based on the job performance charter to prepare an evaluation file for each employee according to their administrative level.
