The General Administration of the Cooperative and Agricultural Credit Bank, "CAC Bank", Aden, warned against any miserable attempts to manipulate and exploit the crime of kidnapping one of its officials in Aden and stealing his car, mobile phones, and personal belongings, to insult the bank and distort its national role and leading banking position.


 An official source at CAC Bank said that the leadership of the government bank thanks the continued security efforts to find the armed criminal gang and recover the stolen bank car.
 The source warned - in a press statement - against any attempt to manipulate the case or exploit the circumstances of the kidnapping, dismemberment and theft, or any attempt to divert the course of the ongoing investigations to reveal the truth about this dismembered criminal gang, arrest it, and impose legal punishment on it.


 Unidentified persons on board a bus had kidnapped the head of the Islamic sector of CAC Bank, Fawaz bin Shuaib, last week, in front of his house in the city of Inmaa in Aden, and looted his car, mobile phones, and personal belongings, at gunpoint, and after they were on board a kit without license plates, they kidnapped him, blindfolded him, and took him away.  He drove his  car to the Al-Fyoush area in Lahj Governorate, before forcing him at gunpoint to read ridiculous statements they had written to him to say it on camera, with the aim of insulting the bank and distorting its banking role and national missions.


  In a miserable attempt by them to portray themselves as state agencies carrying out their tasks, distract attention from their thuggish identity, and divert attention from the ongoing security investigations from focusing on searching for their identity, reaching them, and revealing the truth about their intersecting criminal gang that has no relation or connection to any security services or governmental aspects in Aden according to a security source’s confirmation familiar with the progress of the ongoing security investigations into the gang.


  The sources indicated that the armed gang released Bin Shuaib on the morning of the second day of his kidnapping and threw him near the main line in the Fayoush area while he was in a state of severe psychological shock as a result of the psychological intimidation that happened to him.


 A security source previously reported that this described gang is the same criminal robbery gang that had previously kidnapped the director of the Mecca Eye Hospital in Aden years ago, and took him to the Balhaj area as well, before plundering him as well and releasing him while he was in an unenviable psychological situation, and without any security action to tracking down that gang that is taking its victims towards Lahj.


 It is noteworthy that the leadership of CAC Bank had previously submitted a security report to the Security Department in Aden, the governorate leadership, and all relevant government agencies, reinforced with all the information and data required for the stolen car and information and details of what happened, calling for speedy security action to pursue the perpetrators, search and investigate this criminal gang, and bring them to justice to receive their just punishment.  Considering what happened affects security and stability in Aden, harms all various security agencies and efforts, and constitutes a serious threat to investment, commercial and banking activities in general in the capital, Aden.


 In addition, a security source expected that the armed gang would soon be arrested, its criminal identity revealed, the stolen bank car would be recovered, and all those involved in the crime of kidnapping would be referred to the competent agencies and the competent prosecution to receive their just punishment.
