CAC Bank, the Cooperative and Agricultural Credit Bank, honored the employees of the CAC Remittances Department in recognition of their outstanding performance and commitment in providing services to customers and facilitating financial transfers.

On behalf of the Acting Chairman of the Board, CEO Mr. Hashid Al-Hamdani, the Executive Vice President for Banking Operations, Mr. Rafiq Al-Qabati, along with the Human Resources Manager, presented the awards to the employees of the Remittances Department. He emphasized that this recognition is part of the bank's strategic plans aimed at motivating human capital and updating the general strategy.

Al-Qabati added that one of the key initiatives the department is working on is treating each employee as human capital, revising the previous core value to make human capital a focus of real actions.

He further noted that the previous recognitions for the International Operations Department and Central Operations Department, followed by today's honoring of the CAC Remittances Department employees, reinforce the bank's commitment to human capital.

Meanwhile, the bank's Human Resources Manager, Mr. Mansar Jameel, confirmed that the recognition of the CAC Remittances Department employees reflects appreciation and gratitude for their exceptional efforts, as they have achieved remarkable results in the past period. He emphasized that the success of any institution largely depends on the individuals working within it, and the CAC Remittances Department is undoubtedly a key pillar contributing to the bank's progress.

Mr. Ammar Al-Saidi, Manager of the CAC Remittances Department, encouraged his team by saying: "You have proven that teamwork and collaboration can achieve results beyond expectations. He also expressed his appreciation for everyone who contributed to organizing the ceremony and urged all employees to continue striving for more accomplishments in the future.

The ceremony was held at the bank's headquarters in Al-Mu'alla, where certificates of appreciation were presented to the honored employees in the presence of several managers and department heads from various departments and branches.
