Dr. Nasser al-Khoubaji, Chairman of the Political Bureau, Head of the Negotiation Affairs Unit, and Chairman of the Supervisory Committee for the Awareness and Political Communication Teams in the governorates, along with members of the Supervisory Committee and the Presidential Leadership Council, Mr. Mohamed al-Ghaithi and Mr. Amro al-Baydh, on Thursday, received the Aden team, headed by lawyer and member of the Presidential Leadership Council, Ali Haitham al-Gharib, after the team completed their field visit program and plan.

In the meeting, which was attended by the acting Secretary-General of the Presidential Leadership Council, Major General Kamal Hamshari, Dr. al-Khoubaji listened to a detailed explanation from the team leader, member of the Presidential Leadership Council, lawyer Ali Haitham al-Gharib, expressing his gratitude and appreciation for the diligent follow-up by the committee’s leadership throughout the team’s activities in Aden.

Lawyer Ali Haitham al-Gharib spoke about the key outcomes achieved by the Aden team during their field visits, noting the important observations raised and received from various segments of society. He emphasized that these observations primarily aim at strengthening the common national interest, activating the role of citizens in building society, and achieving political and economic stability in the region.

Lawyer Ali Haitham al-Gharib pointed to the success achieved through holding a number of public meetings and seminars with different social groups, which greatly contributed to clarifying many important issues and the stance of the Southern Transitional Council on them.

Dr. Nasser al-Khoubaji and the members of the Supervisory Committee praised all the efforts made by the team during the field visits, stressing the importance of this national work that contributed to a wide popular movement across all southern governorates. He noted that the community's interaction with these activities reflects the citizens' awareness of the importance of enhancing communication with the political leadership and supporting its efforts in achieving the aspirations of the southern people.

Dr. al-Khoubaji also spoke about the latest political developments, pointing out the need to prepare for all possibilities that the Southern Transitional Council might adopt in the coming period. He emphasized that the council will continue to work towards achieving the aspirations of the southern people and safeguarding their national interests.

Dr. al-Khoubaji highlighted the position of President Aidros al-Zubaidi in the last meeting of the Presidential Leadership Council, commending the clear and steadfast stance of the president in implementing the strategy agreed upon earlier by the Presidential Leadership Council, which prioritizes finding economic solutions to alleviate the suffering of citizens, improving living and service conditions, and remaining firm in the South’s legitimate rights and cause.
