Transitional Council of Zinjibar Conducts Inspection Visit to the Health Unit in Sheikh Abdullah Area

The Acting Head of the Local Leadership of the Transitional Council in Zinjibar District, Mr. Mohsen Naseeb Awad, carried out an inspection visit to the health unit in the Sheikh Abdullah area on Sunday. The purpose of the visit was to review the health services provided by the unit to the residents of the area and to identify the main challenges it faces.

During the visit, he was accompanied by Ms. Saeeda Gheirah, Head of the Women and Children Department in the Zinjibar Transitional Council. Naseeb toured the departments of the health unit and listened to the staff as they explained the services offered to both local citizens and travelers passing through the nearby international highway. He was also briefed on the obstacles and difficulties hindering the unit’s operations.

Naseeb praised the efforts exerted by the management and staff of the health unit. Despite limited resources, they are delivering commendable efforts. He expressed his willingness to provide support and stand by the health unit’s management and workers to help enhance the health services and ensure the unit continues performing its duties effectively.

He was accompanied on the visit by Ms. Wafa Qarameez, Head of the Education Department in the Zinjibar Transitional Council, as well as local council member from Sheikh Abdullah area, Abubakr Al-Badah, and local leadership members of the Zinjibar Transitional Council, Mohammed Saleh Abdulrahman and Aref Lakhbaj.
