The Transitional Coordinator of the University of Abyan issued a political statement that renewed the mandate of the leadership of the Southern Transitional Council headed by Major General Aidarous Al-Zubaidi to lead the stage towards achieving the goals of our southern people and their noble goals of freedom and independence and the restoration of their independent southern state on the entire soil of their land.

 The statement said that May 4, 2017 AD was the correct fulcrum and the successful and deliberate action that made the south be or not be when that popular mandate from the proud people of the south led to the emergence of a southern political bearer who carried the banner of the living and just southern cause with aptitude, wisdom and skill standing at the head of this holder  The politician, President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, as an experienced, courageous and jealous leader, came from among the people and from the fields of struggle and sincere national struggle.

 The establishment of the Southern Transitional Council represented the cornerstone with which the enemies of the south realized the extent of the fatal stab that made them numb when they began to try all their despicable methods and their accumulated experiences in conspiracies and assassinations, playing on the unfortunate regional strings and creating torrents of confusion and despicable rumors as their owners revealed their accumulated hatred and their methods that no longer  It deceives our people, who have emerged with complete confidence in the correctness of our political leadership's steps towards achieving its noble goals and honorable goals in restoring its independent southern state.

 Once again, the members of the coordinator of Abyan University and its executive body, academics, employees and students of the university renew the covenant and the mandate of the President Commander Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, and we declare our full support for all the steps that have resulted in tangible internal and external successes achieved at the level of the southern cause and the approaching Victory Day, freedom, social justice and human dignity
