On Monday, July 4th, the Iranian-backed Houthi militia targeted the positions of the southern and joint forces in the Bab Tughluq sector, north of Al-Dhalea, with drone projectiles.
The projectiles caused the fall of a martyr and a wounded soldier among the stationed soldiers.
A military source in the Security Belt Forces stationed in the Bab Ghaghloq sector said that the Houthi militias carried out a number of flights with their drones since the early morning, targeting more than one sector.  The belt and another soldier belonging to the 4th Reserve Brigade was seriously injured in the head area and was taken to Aden.
The source added that the Houthi militias have recently escalated their military operations and are flying their drones carrying mortar shells throughout the day on a daily basis, reaching about 30 sorties per day, and bombing them in the direction of our sites on every sortie, and there are martyrs and wounded who fall almost daily.
This comes at a time when these militias claim their commitment to the UN truce, and all this happens amid full knowledge of these violations by the armistice sponsors, which indicates a clear inaction on the part of the UN parties to what these militias are doing.
The Iran-backed Houthi militias continue to commit repeated violations of the truce since the first day of its entry into force. They have recently escalated their military action and went beyond targeting military sites to deliberately targeting civilian objects, which claimed the lives of many civilians, including women and children.
