On Monday, President Commander Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, Dupety-Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, chaired a joint military meeting in the capital, Aden, which included the Minister of Defense of the parity government, Lieutenant General Mohsen Al-Daari, Chief of the General Staff, Lieutenant General Sagheer Aziz, and a delegation from the Arab coalition forces led by Major General Sultan Al-Baqami, and leaders from the ministry and the southern military and security forces.

 During the meeting, the President listened, from Lieutenant-General Al-Daari, to a full explanation of the results of the field visits carried out by the Military Committee, which he to heads, to the military divisions and axes, and the level of combat readiness of the forces picketed on the various front lines with the Houthi militia.

 The meeting stood before the Houthi military escalation on a number of fronts lines, where the President affirmed that this escalation, during the days of the holy month, confirms the reality of this terrorist militia, its aggressive tendency, and its rejection of all calm initiatives and peaceful solutions to stop the war.

 The President stressed the need to raise combat readiness on all fronts, raise the level of coordination between the various military units, and deal firmly and decisively with any attacks that the Houthi militia might carry out.

 The meeting was attended by Major General Ahmed Saeed bin Brik, Chairman of the National Assembly of the Southern Transitional Council, and Mr. Mohammad Al-Ghaithi, Head of the General Department of Foreign Affairs of the Council, Chairman of the Consultation and Reconciliation of the Presidential Leadership Council.
