Under the auspices of the Transitional Council in Abyan Governorate, and under the supervision of the head of the Coordinator of Abyan University, Dr. Yeslam Balil Alawi, the organizational department of the Coordinator organized this morning in the capital, Zanzibar, a training workshop in the field of preparing plans and drafting reports, in cooperation with the organizational department in the General Secretariat.

 During the training workshop that targeted members of the Executive Body of the Southern Transitional Council Coordination at the University of Abyan, and heads of departments in the Coordination, in the presence of Professor Abdullah Barhout, Director of the Organizational Department of the Transitional Council in Abyan Governorate, Professor Hussein Al-Ghazali, Head of the Planning and Evaluation Department in the Organizational Department of the General Secretariat, stressed the importance of this  Training workshop to enhance the concepts of institutional work.

 Adding that this comes within the framework of re-arranging organizational work, in light of political and economic variables, which require taking into account when preparing plans and activities, which should be in accordance with the goals and their contact with the reality around us.

 For his part, Dr. Zaid Qassem, Director of the Organizational Department of the Transitional Council Coordination at Abyan University, in his opening speech to the training workshop, valued the efforts made by the leadership of the Southern Transitional Council, to strengthen and lay the foundations for organizational work.

 He noted the importance of benefiting from this workshop and acquiring skills in preparing the annual plan project.

 During the workshop, Professor Hussein Al-Ghazali presented a number of concepts that aimed at how to prepare the plan according to the main directions, and enrich it in line with the stage and its political outcomes, as well as innovating planning methods according to the precise administrative and scientific foundations, in order to achieve the objectives and strategy of the Southern Transitional Council in strengthening institutional work.  As well as how to prepare plans according to the basic references in planning.
