Informed sources in the coastal city of Ahwar in Abyan governorate said that armed clashes took place today, Wednesday, between a group led by the commander of the Special Forces in the Ahwar region on the one hand, and another force affiliated with Colonel Muhammad Al-Oban, commander of the Abyan Special Forces, on the other hand.

 The same sources confirmed the killing of the brother of the commander of the Special Forces in the Ahwar region, called Awad Jada, while two of the Al-Oban escorts were killed on the other side due to altercations between the two parties over fees and taxes.
