An embodiment of the demands of the people of Hadhramaut resulting from the general meeting of Hadhramaut in the Haro region, which is to enable the people of the governorate to manage and secure their governorate and benefit from the proceeds of its wealth, and to stop all looting and corruption that accumulated their suffering and impoverishment, and depriving them of all services, and emphasizing their continuing demands to transfer the military forces from Hadhramout Valley and Desert districts to the front of confrontation with the Houthi faction of Ma’rib and the deployment of the Hadrami Elite Forces along the coast, valley, plateau and desert. And systematic collective punishment, and the depletion of the wealth and bounties of the south by the forces of interest, looting and corruption.
Accordingly, the participants in this great mass mobilization affirm the following:
Full support for the efforts of the Arab coalition led by the brotherly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the distinguished role of the brothers in the United Arab Emirates in confronting the Houthi militias.
- Full and absolute support for the outcomes of the Hadhramout General Meeting in the Haro region and the demands of the second Hadrami popular uprising, and to call on all the people of Hadramawt and the south in general to harness all the energies and capabilities necessary to make it a success and expand its scope to include all the governorates of the south.
- The participants stress the need to move all the offices of oil companies from Sanaa to the capital, Aden, and we call on the government of parity between the south and the north to take the necessary measures to prevent dealing with any companies that do not take the capital, Aden, as their main center of work.
We call on the Arab coalition led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as sponsors of the Riyadh Agreement, to harness all the capabilities and capabilities necessary to enable the people of Hadhramaut to manage all the affairs of their governorate, and to transfer all military forces from the cities of the Hadhramaut valley and desert to the fronts of confronting the Houthi militia, and we also call on the Southern Transitional Council to double its support To empower the people of Hadhramaut.
- Liberating oil exploration and production operations in Hadhramaut, Shabwa and the south in general from the influence of Houthi militias, groups sponsoring terrorism, and influential forces sponsoring corruption, in a way that ensures that the people of the concession areas in particular, and the people of the south in general, benefit from the proceeds of their oil, mineral, fish and agricultural wealth.
- Calling all the people of the south to strengthen national cohesion and alignment to protect national gains and to cut off any penetrations targeting the south as a homeland, a state, an identity and a national cause, and to move together in a row towards the independence of the south and the restoration and building of its independent and fair federal state, in order to achieve balance and national partnership and enhance the principles of transparency and accountability.
- The participants renew their adherence to Hadhramaut’s geographical and administrative unity within the framework of the south of Arabia, and reject any attempts to divide it while holding that Hadhramout be a single military region, as well as their rejection of the settlement operations and demographic change taking place under the cover of the displaced in the governorate’s directorates and other governorates of the south.
Emphasizing the priority of our proud southern people’s battle against the Houthi militia and the Iranian expansionist project, along with the brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, and the countries of the Arab coalition in general, as well as our ongoing battle to uproot terrorism and liberate the south from its scourge and the forces and groups sponsoring it.
The crowds renew their mandate to the Southern Transitional Council, represented by President Commander Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, to move forward towards realizing the hopes and aspirations of the people of the free south in a secure and stable homeland in an independent, sovereign, southern federal state of Taiz that does not humiliate a group or divide it, that merges into the crucible of the Arab national fabric and becomes a spearhead and an impenetrable fence To repel any interventions targeting the political and economic future of the region.
We renew our support for the Riyadh Agreement and call on our southern negotiating delegation to exercise all forms of pressure necessary to complete the implementation of the agreement, including the transfer of all military forces from Shabwa, Wadi Hadramawt and Al-Mahra to the fronts against the Houthis, the appointment of governors and security directors for the southern governorates, and the completion of the stipulated economic file arrangements. in agreement.
The crowds renew their affirmation of the continuation of the popular protests and raising their pace until all the demands of the blessed popular uprising are fulfilled, and they warn the hostile and looting forces of Hadhramaut’s wealth against using any form of force or threatening it to break the will of the heroic sons of Hadhramaut, and we salute all the sheikhs of tribes, segments and social figures that have taken the lead The procession and leadership of the popular uprising, in particular the Alliance bloc and the Hadhramaut mosque for Hadhramaut and the south, and the executive body to implement the outcomes of the Harro meeting, and we salute all the people of the south led by the Southern Transitional Council, which has always been at the forefront of supporters and supporters of the demands and struggles of the people of Hadhramaut.
