The Southern Transitional Council welcomes the consensual decision that includes the appointment of brother Awad Muhammad Abdullah al-Awlaki as governor of Shabwa governorate, stressing the need for concerted efforts to support it and address the imbalances that have accumulated in the governorate during the past two years, stressing his progress towards completing the implementation of the remaining provisions of the Riyadh Agreement.
