The head of the Executive Authority of the Local Leadership of the Southern Transitional Council in Abyan Governorate, Professor Muhammad Ahmed Al-Shaqi, discussed this morning with the Director of Civil Status in Abyan Governorate, Major Muhammad Musa Al-Barakani, the workflow of the work of the Civil Status Office and the procedures for the process of issuing identity cards to citizens.  In the presence of the advisor to the Chairman of the Commission, Mr. Doan Mansour.

 During his meeting with the Director of Civil Status, Al-Shaqi stressed the importance of coordinating efforts between the Transitional Council and the Civil Status Authority, taking legal measures when requesting identity extraction, and emphasizing the need to bring identification papers to ensure the validity of the data for identity seekers.

 Major Al-Barakani expressed his pleasure to meet with the leadership of the Abyan Transitional Council and to discuss coordinating efforts to facilitate the work of the Civil Status Department in the governorate.
