Today, Sunday, the Supreme Economic Committee of the Southern Transitional Council held its regular meeting, headed by Dr. Muhammad Ali Matash, Chairman of the Committee.

 The meeting began with standing for a minute of silence to read Al-Fatihah for the souls of the martyrs of the Southern Cyclone operation, where the Supreme Economic Committee congratulated the Southern Command represented by President Commander Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, Chairman of the Transitional Council, Supreme Commander of the Southern Armed Forces, and the leadership of the Southern Giants Brigades for the victory that was achieved in Shabwa Governorate.

 At the meeting, the committee discussed the evaluation report for the performance of the work and activity of the Economic Committee during the last year 2021 AD, approving its work plan for the year 2022 AD, and the tasks it included.

 The meeting reviewed a number of issues and topics related to the economic aspect and the factors affecting it, as well as the most prominent economic issues and obstacles, and ways to deal with them as required. It also reviewed and approved the minutes of its previous meeting.
