The Executive Body of the Local Leadership of the Southern Transitional Council, Khanfar District, Abyan Governorate, held its second periodic meeting for the month of January, this morning, headed by Colonel Hussein Thabet, head of the Executive Authority of the local leadership in the district.

 The meeting was opened by the Chairman of the Executive Board, welcoming all attendees, thanking their commitment to the meeting date, and referring to the latest developments at the level of the district and in the southern arena, pointing to the stability of the positions of the people of Hadhramaut and their adherence to achieving the demands of the second Hadrami gift, and praising the role of the Southern Giants Brigades in liberating the districts of Shabwa Governorate  From the hands of the Houthi militia, and congratulations to the leadership of the Southern Transitional Council, the Head of the Women and Child Department, Dr. Amna Al-Shihabi, and her appointment as a member of the Southern Women’s Supreme Committee of the Transitional Council.

  The meeting discussed a number of points on its agenda, in addition to a number of issues of concern to the Directorate, alleviating the suffering of the citizen, and enhancing the role of the Council in the Directorate.

 The meeting came out with a number of decisions, the most important of which are:

 Emphasis on preparing a timetable for field visits to the directorate centers according to what was planned.

 The executive body approves setting a monthly budget for the transitional centers.

 Work to define a budget for the fog spraying process for the targeted areas and present a report on it at the next meeting.

 Work on preparing for the announcement of the community committees of the centers to replace the lanes 'Eqal.

 Working on arranging the status of the two brothers, Mr. Kamal Seif and Mr. Ali Hussein Al-Najjar, in the lists of the Directorate.
