Today, Sunday, the Security Committee in the capital, Aden, issued a press release about the events that took place in the city of Khor Maksar.

 In its press release, the committee expressed its regret to all citizens and its rejection and condemnation of any acts outside the law and order.

 The committee confirmed that it had formed a committee to investigate the events that took place in the city of Khor Maksar and to submit an urgent report on the incident to the security committee to take the necessary action.

 The Security Committee said that it will take strict security measures against those responsible for these events, regardless of their names, qualities and leadership positions, as well as leaders who do not abide by the directives of the Security Department.

 The committee indicated that the Aden Security Administration will take real security measures to ensure that what happened in Khor Maksar will not be repeated.

 The committee called on the media and social media activists not to be drawn into false statements, which further complicate the problem.

 The committee concluded its press release by emphasizing that such incidents that offend the Aden police and its heroic affiliates will not go unnoticed without the perpetrators being held accountable.
