The General Secretariat of the Transitional Council holds its periodic meeting headed by Al-Jaadi

Today, Wednesday, the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council held its periodic meeting headed by Mr. Fadl Muhammad Al-Jaadi, Deputy Secretary-General.
 At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Fadl Al-Jaadi gave a brief explanation of his meetings with a number of Western officials and the issues that were raised and discussed, the most important of which were ways to achieve peace and stability in the south and Yemen by stopping the war and implementing the Riyadh Agreement, as well as the suffering suffered by the southerners as a result of  The war and its aftermath, and the economic crisis that burdened the citizens.
 During the meeting, Al-Jaadi stressed the Southern Transitional Council’s keenness to convey the concerns, aspirations and goals of the people of the south through discussions and meetings with Western officials, through a just peace that would achieve a decent and safe living for southerners, while emphasizing their right to restore their full sovereign state from Mahra in the east to Bab al-Mandab in the west.
 In its meeting, the secretariat affirmed its full support for the demands and rights of the people of Hadhramaut, which they expressed in their major mass event that was held in the city of Seiyun, and their just demands to administer the affairs of their governorate themselves, and the need to implement the Riyadh Agreement and the exit of the forces present in the valley areas to the fronts of fighting against the Houthi militia.
 The meeting dealt with a number of economic, security, and service developments taking place in the southern arena, foremost of which are the conditions of education, the work of police departments and courts, and how to enhance their work.
 The meeting had also reviewed and approved the report on the work activity of the general secretariat departments during the past week, in addition to its previous minutes.
