 The international community needs to understand the foundations of building and creating a miracle solution to the Yemeni issue, and perhaps the most prominent of these foundations is that no solution can happen in Yemen without the consent of the south, its people and its Transitional Council.  Self-determination and the restoration of his state, and this is a final goal that can not be undone.
