The media department in the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, headed by Dr. Bassem Mansour, head of the media department, member of the National Southern Media Authority, launched its field trips program to inspect the workflow of media departments in the executive bodies of the Transitional Council in the districts of the capital, Aden, with an inspection visit to the media administration. On the first day of the visit program, Dr. Bassem Mansour met with members of the media department in the council's executive body in the Buriqa district, in the presence of Jamal Musa, the transitional chief executive of the directorate.
At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Bassem explained that this visit comes within the media department's plan for the current year to inspect the functioning of the media departments in the capital, Aden, and all media departments in the southern governorates.
The head of the media department stressed that the leader, Commander Aidarous al-Zubaidi, head of the Southern Transitional Council, pays great attention to the media side to advance its role in highlighting the activities and events of the council, and facing challenges that affect the goals and aspirations of the people of the south.
Dr. Bassem was briefed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Transitional Brega and from the employees of the media department in the directorate about the difficulties and challenges facing the work of the media department there and the proposed ways to overcome them.
The meeting also discussed a number of proposals, ideas and visions that would develop the performance of the media in the executive directorate and raise the efficiency of media work in it during the next stage.
The meeting stressed the importance of exerting efforts to improve media work and convey the council's media message, which represents the people of the south, their cause and state in the required manner that serves the interest of the country and citizens.
