The Southern Transitional Council (STC) condemned the terrorist kidnapping of two foreign employees of the Dutch Doctors Without Borders organization in the Al Khashaa area in Hadramout Governorate.
Text of the statement of conviction:
The Southern Transitional Council condemns the terrorist kidnapping. The crime of two people, a German and a Mexican working for the Dutch organization Doctors Without Borders, was subjected to yesterday, Saturday, in the Al-Khashaa area in the Al-Abr District in the Hadhramaut Valley, where the forces of the so-called first military region are deployed.
As we denounce this treacherous terrorist operation that targeted doctors who provide relief and humanitarian aid, which comes a few weeks after a similar terrorist kidnapping in the Abyan governorate, which is dominated by Brotherhood militias, we reiterate that the recovery of terrorist organizations in those areas proves with absolute certainty the need to empower The Southern Armed Forces, represented by the Security Belt Forces in Abyan Governorate, and the Hadrami Elite Forces in the Hadhramaut Valley and Desert, to play their role in purifying those areas of these terrorist groups and cutting off their danger from all southern governorates.
Ali Abdullah Al Kathiri.
The official spokesman for the Southern Transitional Council.
Member of the Presidency.
