Today, Sunday, Mr. Fadl Muhammad Al-Jaadi, Deputy Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, held a consultative meeting with the Executive Body of the Local Leadership of the Council in the capital, Aden, and the heads of the executive bodies in its directorates.

 Al-Jaadi began the meeting, with a speech in which he stressed the importance of the departments in the executive bodies in the local leadership in the capital, Aden and its directorates, carrying out their responsibilities in accordance with the regulations governing the work of the bodies and in implementation of the general directions of the Council, and raising the level of political and organizational work, through preparing plans and reports and implementing the activities and initiatives that have been completed.  Approval of it within the work plan of the executive body of the local leadership in the capital, Aden.

 During the meeting, Al-Jaadi stressed the importance of public action, touching the concerns of citizens and creating a spirit of cooperation and coordination with the local authority in the capital, Aden, in order to achieve security and stability and serve our southern people politically, economically, and in service, noting that the capital Aden is the bright destination for the south, and the success of the work of the local leadership  It will motivate local leaders in the southern governorates to follow suit.

 Al-Jaadi heard from Mr. Issam Abdo Ali, who is in charge of the tasks of a transitional executive chief in the capital, Aden, and directors of departments and heads of executive bodies in the directorates of the capital, an explanation of the work of the bodies and departments in the organizational and administrative aspect and their field activity at the level of the directorates of the capital, and the difficulties and challenges facing the progress of their field work, emphasizing  The local leadership is working side by side with the local authority led by the governor of the capital, Aden Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, to pull it out of its current situation.

 

 Subsequently, the organizational, legal and public department in the General Secretariat and participating in the meeting responded to the questions of the attendees and clarified the organizational and legal aspect according to the regulations and the internal statute for the work of the Transitional Council, as well as with regard to public work according to the directions of the Council.

 The meeting came out with a number of decisions that would contribute to raising the level of performance of the executive bodies of the council in the capital, Aden, and its directorates, in the organizational and administrative aspects, and facilitating their work and field activity in order to achieve the goals of the council and the aspirations of the people of the capital, Aden.
