The General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council held its periodic meeting, headed by Professor Fadl Muhammad al-Jaadi, Deputy Secretary-General.
At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Fadl Al-Jaadi offered congratulations and blessings, on behalf of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council, to all women of the south on the occasion of the International Women’s Day, corresponding to March 8 of each year, stressing that southern women played a prominent role in the course of the struggles of the people of the south in the past and present, and they have their presence Pioneering and active in all fields that no one can deny.
In its meeting, the secretariat stood before the outcomes and recommendations of the expanded annual meeting of the council’s bodies, which was held yesterday, Tuesday, reviewing the points that were raised and discussed about the presented scenarios and the proposed treatments for the difficulties and challenges that the council’s bodies faced in their organizational and field work during the year 2021.
The meeting discussed the political scene report submitted by the political department during the past two weeks, which included the most prominent local, regional and international political issues and developments related to the people of the south and their cause, and the recommendations proposed by the department regarding all the points contained in the report.
The meeting also reviewed the report of the weekly activity of the departments of the General Secretariat, and highlighted the achievements of the departments during the last week.
