The Southern Transitional Council mourns the martyrdom of the heroic leader, Major General Thabet Muthanna Jawas, and a number of his companions

 The Southern Transitional Council mourned the martyrdom of Major General Thabet, commander of the Al-Anad axis, commander of the 131st Infantry Brigade, and a number of his companions, in a cowardly terrorist attack in the Green Zone north of the capital, Aden.
 Here is the text of the obituary statement:
 In the name of of Allah the Merciful
 The Almighty said, “Among the believers are men who are true to their covenant with God.
 
 With great sadness and sorrow, and with grieving hearts, satisfied with God’s decree and destiny, we mourn, in this painful circumstance, to our steadfast people and our valiant armed forces, the martyrdom of the heroic commander Major General Thabet Muthanna Jawas, commander of the Al-Anad axis, commander of the 131st Infantry Brigade, who was attacked by terrorism in a cowardly, treacherous terrorist attack targeting him with a car bomb in the green area north of  The capital, Aden, today, Wednesday, March 23, 2022.
 The affliction is great, and the loss is great and heavy for our people and their armed forces, and that everything we say in the same affliction and in the lament of a leader the size of our hero martyr Major General Thabet Muthanna Jawas will not relieve us of the weight of the loss, and there is no consolation in it except by moving on his path and training his comrades, the righteous martyrs in completing the battle to exterminate terrorism.  And the eradication of Shavth and drying up its sources and sources from every inch of our beloved south.
 As we mourn the outstanding commander, Major General Thabet Jawas, whose name and military career are associated with the brilliant heroic history of our valiant armed forces as a symbol of its brave symbols and steadfast leaders, we renew our pledge to move forward in the same path we took together, believing in absolute belief that the price of our lofty goal is the liberation of our southern homeland and the restoration of its state.  It would be expensive and the sacrifice would be huge.
 The heroic commander, Major General Thabet Muthanna Jawas, immortalized a military biography, a professional and professional experience, and a story of national inspiration that we will remember and the generations with pride. He wrote a shining southern military history full of sacrifice and redemption until the moment of his martyrdom.  The terrorist Houthi movement is in its first stronghold, and he was among the prominent leaders in the battle to root out terrorism and confront its Brotherhood militias until he attained the honor of martyrdom on the same path that we will continue to follow during the era of men for men.
