President Commander Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, Vice President of the Presidential Leadership Council, received at his residence in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, this evening, the Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism in the equal government, Muammar Al-Eryani.

 During the meeting, President Al-Zubaidi was briefed by Minister Al-Eryani on the reality of media work, stressing the importance of the ministry carrying out its responsibilities in upgrading work in general and the media aspect in particular, developing media institutions, advancing their cadres, correcting policies and media visions in line with changes on the ground and enhancing the presence of state institutions.

 For his part, Minister Al-Eryani offered congratulations and blessings to the leader on the occasion of the formation of the Presidential Leadership Council and the success of the Riyadh consultations, stressing his ministry's readiness to carry out the national tasks assigned to it and implement the new leadership's directives.

 Al-Eryani pointed out that his ministry is striving to develop media institutions and advance the reality of culture and tourism in the liberated governorates.

 The meeting was attended by Ali Abdullah Al-Kathiri, member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, the official spokesman for the Council, Eng. Adnan Al-Kaf, member of the Presidency of the Council, Mukhtar Al-Yafei, Vice President of the National Southern Media Authority, Head of the Radio and Television Sector, Imad Muhammad, Deputy Director of the President’s Office, and Saleh Al-Quaiti  Representative of Foreign Affairs in the Council, and Ali Al-Hadayani, Press and Media Secretary to the President of the Council.
