On Sunday, May 29, the Women and Child Department in the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council honored the women's staff working in Al-Sadaqa Hospital and Basheeb Hospital for their medical and humanitarian efforts in both hospitals.
Ms. Ishtiaq Muhammad Saad, head of the Department of Women and Children in the General Secretariat, accompanied by Ms. Yasmine Musaed, deputy head of the department, and Ibtisam Al-Aqrabi, head of the Department of Women’s Development in the department, went to Al-Sadaqa Teaching Hospital, in the presence of Ms. Ibtisam Shabouti, Deputy Director of the Women and Child Department in the Transitional Executive Sheikh Othman, where they met Dr. Kefaya Al-Jazei, director of the hospital, from whom they heard an explanation of the efforts made by the hospital and the medical and humanitarian tasks that are being implemented.
Ishtiaq conveyed to the hospital administration and its staff the greetings of President Commander Aidaroos Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, expressing her happiness to be present to honor the elite of the female cadres in the hospital for their efforts and dedication to the homeland and society during their work process, praising the efforts they make, especially since there are those who did not pay attention They have been honored or honored for thirty years of work.
The Department of Women and Children, in the name of the Transitional Council, honored the women nurses at Al-Sadaqa Hospital, for their strenuous efforts to help and care for the hospital’s inmates, as Dr. Kefaya expressed her thanks to the Transitional Council and the Women and Child Department in the Secretariat for this honor, which is the first of its kind for the staff. The female nurse practitioner in the hospital, praising the appreciation and attention that the Council and the Women and Child Department pay to them and to all other fields.
In the same context, the Department of Women and Children in the General Secretariat, represented by Ms. Yasmine Musaed, accompanied by Ibtisam Al-Aqrabi, went to the Basaheb Military Hospital, where they were received by Colonel Dr. Salem Al-Attas, director of the hospital, and Colonel Nasser Ahmed Awad, the nursing supervisor at Basaheb Hospital.
The Women and Child Department team conveyed to the hospital management the greetings of President Commander Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, head of the Transitional Council and the political leadership, noting that the council is interested in the efforts made by the hospital. The team was briefed on the general situation in the hospital, the challenges facing its work, and the efforts made by the hospital staff to perform their duties.
Musaed and Al-Aqrabi, on behalf of the Transitional Council and the Women and Child Department, honored the women nurses at Basaheb Hospital in appreciation of the efforts they make to alleviate people's suffering and to take care of the hospital's wounded and sick inmates.
