 The meeting, which included Mr. Lotfi Shatara, member of the Presidency, Vice-President of the National Assembly, discussed the general political situation in the south and ways to unite the southern political components by neutralizing all differences, bridging the rift and strengthening the southern cohesion between the Southern Transitional Council and these components and social and national personalities in order to build the south and achieve  A better life for the southern people.

 The meeting stressed the need to unify the southern ranks to protect the public interest of the south and its people, create clear visions and open broad political horizons.

 At the end of the meeting, it was agreed that broad southern meetings and consultations would be opened to serve the southern cause and the goal that all southerners seek, which is to restore the state.
