The Transitional Human Rights Department organizes an awareness workshop for the Security Belt forces in Al-Nasr camp

 The Human Rights Department of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council organized today, Monday, May 30, an awareness workshop for the Security Belt Forces in Al-Nasr Camp in the capital, Aden, as part of its awareness-raising activities program for the Southern Armed Forces.
 In the two-day workshop, which witnessed the presence of a number of security belt leaders in the capital, Aden, lawyer Zikra Maatouq, head of the Human Rights Department in the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council, gave an awareness lecture to the members of the security belt in the Victory camp on introducing local and international laws, in which she explained the details of the laws  Related to security and its personnel, including international humanitarian law, and how to apply it in practice, explaining the standards of security commitment in appearance and substance in accordance with those laws, and clarifying the importance of these laws and awareness of them and the need to absorb them in the interactions of security personnel with citizens.
 Brigadier General Muhammad Abdul Rahman bin Ateeq, the General Supervisor of the Security Belt Forces, had delivered a speech at the beginning of the awareness workshop in which he welcomed the Human Rights Department and conveyed to them the greetings of Brigadier Jalal Nasser Al-Rubaie, the commander of the Security Belt in the capital, Aden, pointing out the importance of this awareness workshop for security personnel to apply it on the ground.  He commended the Human Rights Department for implementing this workshop and thanked it and the Transitional Council for its interest in security personnel and their awareness of the human rights aspect.
 The trainer, Brigadier General Faris Abdul-Jabbar Hajeb, the security advisor to the Commander-in-Chief of the Security Belt Forces, gave a lecture in which he reviewed the behaviors that security men must follow in the field of security work, explaining the importance of discipline among security personnel and the need to cooperate with citizens and understand the situations facing them, stressing that the security man represents a front  The law and this makes him obligated to represent the law in an appropriate manner that reflects positively on society.
