On Sunday, June 5, Major General Ahmed Saeed bin Brik, President of the National Assembly of the Southern Transitional Council, chaired a meeting of the preparatory committee for the fifth session of the National Assembly, in the presence of two members of the Presidency, Lawyer Niran Souki and Professor Lotfi Shatara, the two Vice-Presidents of the Assembly..

 At the meeting, the progress of the process of completing the last preparations for the preparation of the fifth session of the National Assembly was discussed by all the commissions in charge, and the importance of the process of organizing and preparing well for it.

 Major General Ahmed Saeed, Head of the Media Committee, Hossam Ashour, was also briefed on the plan of the media side and its readiness to cover the event through all media and social networking sites.

   

 In the same context, members of the Southern Transitional Council’s strategy preparation committee, formed by the Speaker of the National Assembly, Major General Ahmed Saeed bin Brik, headed by Mr. Nasr Harhara, the Assembly’s rapporteur and head of its secretariat, completed the work of preparing the strategy. Each member of the committee handed over everything he had accomplished after  The work methodology has been defined to be coordinated, reformulated and submitted to the next meeting of the administrative body and then to the National Assembly in its fifth session for discussion, approval, and submission to the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council.

 It is worth mentioning that the strategy includes the strategic vision, mission and objectives, as well as three axes and a number of options and alternatives.
