On Thursday, June 16, the Southern Transitional Council’s Decision-Making Support Center held its sixth specialized meeting for the month of June, in the capital, Aden, headed by Dr. Khaled Bamedhaf, head of the center.
The meeting focused on reading the political scene on the southern national scene following the establishment of military units and brigades in some areas of the south.
The meeting discussed the implications of the formation of these military units and brigades on the state of social peace, the Riyadh agreement and consultations, and the announcement of the formation of the Presidential Leadership Council.
The guests and members of the center made a number of interventions, in which they emphasized the importance of implementing and activating the results of the Riyadh consultations, in preparation for submitting them as recommendations to the leadership of the Southern Transitional Council.
The meeting was attended by Major General Mohsen Salem Askar, advisor to the President of the Transitional Council for Military Affairs, and Major General Saleh Ali Zangul, head of the Supreme Military Authority of the Southern Army and Security.
