President Al-Zubaidi meets members of the National Assembly in the Socotra Archipelago

 On Saturday, June 25, the leader of the Southern Transitional Council, Commander Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, met members of the National Assembly of the Council in Socotra Governorate, who are participating in the Assembly's fifth session.
 In the meeting, which was attended by Eng. Raafat Ali Al-Thaqali, head of the executive body of the local leadership of the council in Socotra, President Al-Zubaidi listened to the concerns of the people of the governorate, the problems they face in various aspects of life, and a set of proposals to solve them.
 President Al-Zubaidi also briefed the attendees on the state of supply in Socotra Governorate with the advent of the autumn season, when most of the supplies were cut off from the island due to the turbulence of the sea.
 President Al-Zubaidi praised the steadfastness of the people of Socotra in the face of all intrigues and attempts to plunge the governorate into chaos and internal conflicts with the aim of tearing its social fabric, noting that the governorate’s survival in an administrative vacuum is no longer acceptable, and this file will be resolved as soon as possible.
 The Commander-in-Chief stressed that Socotra was, is, and will remain a cornerstone of the southern national project, and the endurance and steadfastness shown by the people of the archipelago in the face of difficult circumstances and the scarcity of capabilities during the last period, reflects the firm belief of the people of the province in the justice of their southern national cause and the inevitability of its victory.
 For their part, the members of the Society in Socotra expressed their sincere thanks and great gratitude for the special attention given by President Al-Zubaidi to the Socotra Archipelago, and his constant keenness to overcome any difficulties or problems facing his sons.
