The American Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) awarded "CAC Bank" a Certificate of Appreciation for the fourth consecutive year, recognizing the bank's efforts and commitment in carrying out the Global Fraud Awareness Week from November 17–23, 2024.
In a remarkable achievement that reflects CAC Bank’s commitment to anti-fraud standards, this recognition reaffirms the bank's continuous efforts, aligned with the vision of the senior management represented by Acting Chairman and CEO, Mr. Hashid Al-Hamdhani, in enhancing anti-fraud policies and raising awareness about the importance of this issue both locally and internationally.
Mr. Al-Hamdhani explained that CAC Bank's receipt of this certificate for the fourth year in a row proves that the bank is on the right track towards enhancing financial security and raising awareness in the field of fraud prevention. He also noted that CAC Bank is committed to continuing its efforts to ensure the protection of its customers and provide a secure banking environment.
In the same context, CAC Bank’s Compliance Department Manager, Mr. Muin Al-Zubairi, confirmed that this recognition reflects the continuous appreciation from the American Association of Certified Fraud Examiners for CAC Bank's steadfast commitment to providing a safe banking experience for its clients. Additionally, the bank offers advanced training courses and awareness workshops on fraud methods and protection measures, while developing innovative techniques to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
Furthermore, CAC Bank’s Branch and Marketing Manager, Mr. Arif Hanish, explained that this year, the bank made a significant leap in banking awareness through intensive campaigns on social media platforms, interactive daily contests during the Global Fraud Awareness Week, employee training programs, and the bank’s awareness messages reaching thousands of customers.
During the Global Fraud Awareness Week, CAC Bank conducted a series of awareness campaigns via the bank's website and social media pages, in addition to a number of training courses and workshops aimed at raising public awareness about the importance of combating fraud and addressing this global issue. This keeps CAC Bank a leader in promoting the integrity and security of the banking sector.
