CAC Bank has honored the employees of the Branch and Marketing Department in recognition of their outstanding efforts and contributions to accomplishing tasks, enhancing the bank's position, and improving its services.

The honor was presented by Mr. Rafiq Al-Qubati, the Deputy CEO of Banking Operations, on behalf of Mr. Hashid Al-Hamdani, the Acting Chairman and CEO. Al-Qubati explained that the ceremony for the Marketing and Branches Department was a gesture of appreciation for their prominent role in achieving successes and accomplishments that contributed to strengthening the bank's position in the banking market.

During the ceremony, Mr. Mohamed Abu Hatim, Assistant to the Development Sector, praised the performance of the Branch and Marketing Department’s director and employees, emphasizing that their fruitful efforts contributed to expanding the customer base and developing banking services to meet market demands and customer needs.

Mr. Aref Hanish, Director of the Branches and Marketing Department, stated that such recognition boosts employees' morale and motivates them to fulfill their commitments, pushing them to engage actively in creativity, development, and innovation. He emphasized that employees who feel valued and rewarded are more likely to exert extra effort and exceed expectations.

This recognition comes as part of the senior management's commitment, represented by the Acting Chairman and CEO, Mr. Hashid Al-Hamdani, to foster a positive work environment and encourage innovation, contributing to the achievement of the bank's strategic goals and the improvement of the services provided.
