Resources Management at CAC Bank Launches a Job Performance Evaluation Course for Department Managers and Section Heads at the Bank

The Human Resources and Performance Development Department at the Cooperative and Agricultural Credit Bank "CAC Bank" in the capital Aden launched on Monday a job performance evaluation course for department managers and section heads at the bank, under the patronage of the Acting Chairman of the Board of Directors, the CEO Mr. Hashid Al-Hamdani.



The course is held for four days under the slogan "The Journey of Leadership from Creativity to Excellence", and is trained by the advisor Abdullah Al-Dhurafi, the advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Directors for systems, during the period from June 10 to 13 of the current month, and includes department managers and heads of departments in the bank.



Mr. Hashid Al-Hamdani, in inaugurating the course, praised its importance and the need to make maximum use of it, pointing to the importance of job performance evaluation in the bank, as it is a process in which the employee's success in performing his job duties is evaluated based on a set of predetermined criteria, and is implemented by the supervisor or the direct manager of the employee.



He explained that the main purpose of this course is to determine whether the employee meets the expected expectations in performing their job role, while identifying areas for improvement, as the evaluation is a basic pillar that helps ensure that employees work effectively and efficiently, while ensuring that the bank gets the highest productivity and quality of work from its workforce.



Advisor Abdullah Al-Dhurafi emphasized that this course is part of the bank's strategic plan to train and qualify the first and second-line leaderships, and within the business continuity plan and the policy of job replacement, and an effort by the bank's management to train and prepare employees for supervisory and senior administrative positions.
