CAC Bank" Launches First Training Course for Security Guards in Aden

CAC Cooperative and Agricultural Credit Bank ("CAC Bank") has launched its first training course for the security personnel working at its branches in Aden. The course, held under the auspices of the Acting Chairman of the Board and CEO, Mr. Hashid Al-Hamdhani, aims to enhance the efficiency and performance of the security teams and improve their protection of the bank’s facilities.

The course is being led by prominent figures from the Aden Security Directorate’s Facility Protection Unit, including Colonel Mohammad Ali Al-Samntar, Colonel Abdulaziz Al-Sobhi, Colonel Wael Khalid Fadl, Colonel Mohammad Ali Al-Hanshi, and Captain Khaled Naji Abadi.

The training, which runs from January 12 to 19, 2025, covers important topics such as emergency response skills, inspection and surveillance techniques, the use of modern security equipment, and enhancing communication skills with clients.

During the opening ceremony, the Deputy CEO of the Islamic CAC Sector, Mr. Fawaz Bin Shaib, emphasized that this initiative is part of the bank’s strategy to strengthen security and stability at its branches and ensure the delivery of secure and reliable services to clients. He also stressed the importance of the trainees' commitment to acquiring the necessary skills to enhance their professional performance.

For his part, Mr. Muthanna Al-Shaibi, Assistant Deputy CEO of the Security and Maintenance Sector, stated that organizing such a course reflects CAC Bank's commitment to applying the highest standards of security and safety to ensure the protection of both its facilities and clients. He urged all participants to benefit from the information and skills they acquire to improve their practical performance.

Additionally, Mr. Mansar Jameel, Director of Human Resources, confirmed that the training plan for this year reflects the vision of the bank’s leadership, represented by Mr. Hashid Al-Hamdhani, and his belief in the importance of developing security capabilities. He emphasized the bank’s commitment to empowering human resources across all fields, especially in security, which represents the first line of defense for the bank and its branches, ensuring the application of the highest standards of safety and compliance.

He also explained that this training plan is not only aimed at developing security skills but also sends a clear message about the bank’s commitment to investing in its human resources to achieve high standards of efficiency and commitment.
